Salon Policy

★ Deposits may be required upon online booking, these deposits can not be refunded.

★ Child free salon, babies in prams & capsules only. Children above 11 yrs old are also welcome. 

★ Do not come in sick you may be turned away, this is to ensure the safety of myself and staff members. If you feel a sickness coming along please reschedule 48 hours prior to appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Once a deposit is made the fee is non-refundable & forfeits for any no shows/ movements of appointment or last minute cancellation. This is for any & all reasons of last minute cancellations, unfortunately we know last minute things come up that you need to cancel an appointment for especially for health etc but our business can not afford to have daily losses as much as we hate charging fees we heavily rely on the income we receive from being "fully booked" and with less then 2 days notice it is extremely hard for us to cover any appointments cancelled.

Late comers are strictly not tolerated, and your app will be cancelled if you are over 10 minutes late this will incur a loss of deposit.

If you are shortening an appointment (eg, booked a full set of lashes and brows and only want your brows done), we still require allocated notice times below if you are shortening the appointment, if you do not give us this notice unfortunately you will be charged the cancellation fee for that service on top of the service you are having done as the time has been held for you.

If rescheduling or altering an appointment it can be done online one week prior to the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule and it's before the 48 hours notice time or within the 48 hours notice please directly contact Talara by text on 0428008220. You will get a reminder email 3 days prior to your upcoming appointment and a text 1 full day prior to the appointment, again we do our best to notify you so please notify us back to avoid loss of deposits. Please remember to write down or frequently check up-coming appointments to avoid missing it.

Please kindly understand like all small business's last minute cancellations will be charged a small cancellation fee to cover therapists time. We appreciate your understanding while making a booking with us.
